Activity |
Students will come up with an idea to create their own business. They will be guided through the process of opening the business which will include advertising, finding a storefront, staffing employees, buying inventory, and attracting investment. They will go to the computer lab to enter their project into a collaborative website (wiki). Once their project is complete, they will play the role of an investor and choose another project to invest their money in. |
Evaluation |
At the conclusion of the project, students will receive a major grade on their wiki page. They also will have peer review in the form of feedback as they vote on other students projects. |
